Preparing an event website and presenting it in a public directory should not require writing everything twice. The Panairet listing settings in VuFairs connect an eligible published event to the fair directory.

Automatic information to get started

Enable the option to list the event on Panairet and save the settings. For an eligible published website, the directory can use the published event information to build its public listing. Enabling the option does not publish an unfinished website or expose draft content.

Editorial control when you need it

Organizers can provide a separate public title and cover image, along with a summary and organizer information. These fields help adapt the directory card without changing the event website. Leave optional overrides empty to use the available automatic values.

Keep the public presentation consistent

Automatic website content follows the published version, so website changes need to be published before they appear in the listing. Directory-specific changes are saved through the listing settings. Use the public listing link to review the result.

This gives organizers both a quick starting point and control over how their event is introduced to a new audience.
