Speaker profiles

Present speakers clearly to the audience and give invited speakers a separate space to prepare their profile and review the sessions assigned to them.

What you can do

A useful public introduction

Publish a photo, biography and professional information so attendees can understand who is speaking and why the session matters.

Assigned-session visibility

Connect speakers to the relevant sessions. Invited speakers can review their profile and the programme items assigned to them.

Private preparation information

Keep host links and internal instructions separate from attendee playback details. The organiser remains responsible for the programme.

From setup to participation

How it works

Available tools depend on the event format, selected package, enabled modules and participant permissions. We confirm the setup and any provider requirements with you before launch.

  1. The organiser creates the speaker profile and assigns the appropriate sessions.
  2. Invite the speaker if portal access is needed; the speaker completes account setup and reviews their information.
  3. Verify session timing, private instructions and any external provider access before the event.

A few useful answers

Must every published speaker have an account?

No. The organiser can publish a speaker record independently. An invitation is needed when the speaker should use the private portal.

Does a speaker account automatically start a Zoom meeting?

No. Hosting depends on the connected provider’s account, permissions and meeting configuration. Test that access separately before the session.
