Conditions for using VuFairs and purchasing services directly from Litia Sh.P.K.
1. Service and organizer responsibilities
VuFairs provides tools for virtual and hybrid events. Panairet.com provides event discovery and presentation. The organizer identified on an event is responsible for its programme, content and offers; listing an event does not make Litia the organizer.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and act only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Fraud, unauthorized access, spam, malware, harassment and content that infringes rights are prohibited. Violations may lead to proportionate restrictions, with notice where security and legal obligations permit.
3. Packages, prices and payment
The offer and order summary define the features, limits, duration, dates, currency and final price. Additional work requires a clear agreement. One-time packages do not create an automatic subscription. Litia Sh.P.K. is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. Only the payment options enabled at checkout are available; eligibility for card payment without a PayPal account is determined by PayPal. Your bank or provider may charge conversion or transaction fees.
4. Confirmation and activation
Creating an order or returning from a payment page is not proof of payment. Payment is confirmed by the provider or verified receipt of a bank transfer. Access follows the package and order confirmation. Use bank details and references only from the official invoice or checkout. Never send card security codes or passwords by email.
5. Content and event data
You retain rights to your content and grant the permission needed to store, process and display it for the service. You must have the required rights and permissions. Public listing follows publication settings. Organizers are responsible for authorized access to participant data and applicable processing agreements. AI output requires human review and must not be used as an automated employment or eligibility decision.
6. Support, cancellation and refunds
Contact [email protected] with your order reference and request. Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the agreed offer and mandatory law. Statutory withdrawal and complaint rights are not waived merely by signing in or accepting general terms. Duplicate payments and material non-delivery are investigated for correction or an appropriate refund. No automatic refund or unagreed response deadline is promised. Payments to third-party organizers are governed by the agreement with that seller.
7. Availability, liability and changes
Visitor numbers, sales or recruitment results are not guaranteed. No particular uptime or service level is promised without a written agreement. Liability and consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Contact us first to seek resolution of a dispute. Later revisions do not retroactively replace the terms agreed for an existing purchase.
