Is this a monthly subscription?

No. The listed amount is a one-time software fee for one event workspace within the selected package capacity.

What is included in every package?

Every package includes the core event builder, five themes, support for content in Albanian, English, German, French and Spanish, registration, participant portals, virtual venue tools, and reports.

Can I upgrade before the event?

Yes. Contact us before launch and we can move the event to a higher-capacity package without rebuilding its content.

Which payment methods are available?

Checkout can use the configured card gateway or a manual bank-transfer flow. Availability is shown before confirmation.

Are there any third-party costs?

Business includes the agreed Zoom license paid by VuFairs. Growth and Business include AI generation within the agreed allowance. Other provider subscriptions, extra usage, payment processing and custom integrations may cost extra. VAT is shown at checkout and on the invoice.
