How it works
Available tools depend on the event format, selected package, enabled modules and participant permissions. We confirm the setup and any provider requirements with you before launch.
- Choose Conference, set the dates and time zone, then select the package and website theme.
- Add speakers, sessions and registration options. Configure and test the online meeting or streaming provider.
- Publish the website and programme, invite participants and manage the event from the organiser console.

Does VuFairs include a streaming licence?
Do not assume that a platform package includes a third-party meeting licence. Provider accounts, licences and connection requirements are confirmed separately.
Can I moderate questions?
The conference programme supports moderated Q&A. The organiser controls question time; unanswered questions are kept with the author and moderation team.
