Virtual venue

Help visitors move from the entrance to the experiences that matter: company booths, relevant opportunities and the conference programme, where those areas are enabled.

What you can do

A clear starting point

Use the entrance, lobby and information desk to orient visitors. Navigation points to the areas available in that event.

Exhibition and discovery

Explore the exhibition hall or search the Discover listings. Move from a company or opportunity to the relevant detail page.

Programme access

For events with a conference programme, guide attendees to sessions and the auditorium. Playback uses the event’s configured provider.

From setup to participation

How it works

Available tools depend on the event format, selected package, enabled modules and participant permissions. We confirm the setup and any provider requirements with you before launch.

  1. Choose the venue presentation and prepare its supported visual settings.
  2. Connect the available booths, published listings and programme content.
  3. Test navigation as an attendee, including mobile access and event opening and closing times.

A few useful answers

Does every event show every room?

No. Navigation follows the event’s actual format and enabled content. A fair without a conference programme should not advertise an auditorium.

Can exhibitors use the attendee venue as their dashboard?

Exhibitors have their own workspace and an ownership-scoped booth preview. The attendee venue is a separate experience with separate access rules.
